We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at Original Grail prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Original Grail will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

Return and Exchange
All sales with Original Grail are final. Original Grail carries merchandises provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, either online or in store, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges (except when there is a fulfillment error).

Defective Merchandise
Original Grail does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you received the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to info@originalgrail.com.

Cancellation
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to customers faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the an order is placed.
